We Make it as Easy as 1,2,3!

At Genesis Golf Trips, we pride ourselves on making trip planning easy for our group leaders AND our golf partners! As easy as it is for someone to book a trip – it is even easier for you to have a Genesis group play your course. We take care of all of the details in a few simple steps.

Step 1 – We make the customer’s tee times with you, calling or emailing you directly to make the tee‐times and verify availability. To simplify that process even further, you can provide us access (user name and password) to your online tee sheets.

Step 2 – Once a group package is confirmed, our system provides email confirmation reports to double check bookings or to verify changes in group size or parameters. These reports also reference type of rate used (standard, replay, promo or twilight) and provide notes about the person accepting the tee time and any promotions applied and comps.

Step 3 ‐ Golfers arrive in your Pro Shop and turn in a Genesis Golf Trips voucher. This voucher then serves as your invoice for the round. There is a section on the bottom of the voucher that allows you to complete with your pricing and other pertinent information.

Bottom Line – We handle all of the details and all of the mess, so that you don’t have to, yet you still benefit from out of town play that you would not normally get. When evaluating the ROI of out of town play, you must also consider the impact on F&B revenues and Pro Shop sales. You will find our guests more eager than local golfers to patronize these other services, thereby better impacting your bottom line. All you need to do it deliver great golf!

To keep the process easy for you and your facility, we even have an emergency line available to our groups and partners should any after hour issues arise. We also facilitate and manage rain credits for rained out rounds with each group.

You could work with the groups yourself – but why would you? Instead, trust the Genesis team to send you groups and build your revenue!
