Upper Chesapeake Bay, MD & DE

At the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay in both Maryland and Delaware lie outstanding courses that give a whole new meaning to Water Hazards.

GOLF CHALLENGES WITH BRAGGING RIGHTS
The Upper Chesapeake region is sure to challenge your golf group and leave many stories of game plunders or bragging rights back home. This is a region to test your game with the likes of Bulle Rock, previous home to the LPGA tour. You will want to experience this course like a Pro, by scheduling a caddie for an experience like none other. Further south off of I-95 is Mountain Branch, another great design that won’t disappoint and offers a popular restaurant and lounge for the 19th hole. On the north side of the Susquehanna are the Chesapeake Bay courses – Rising Sun and North East, with very different designs & great replay options. Close to the Maryland line is Patriots Glen, a links style course under new and committed ownership. Moving into Delaware, is Deerfield, a public facility with a private feel and a rich history of serving golfers since 1955. Near Newark is White Clay Creek, featuring both a casino and premium golf course. Take the turn around the Bay south to Middletown, Delaware for Back Creek. This links style course offers plenty of challenges with numerous bunkers and mouth watering food in their restaurant.
Accommodations are located throughout, starting in Maryland’s Edgewood area, through the waterfront village of North East and ending in Newark. This is a challenging destination by itself or even in combination with other nearby destinations such as Ocean City, the Delaware Shore or even Lancaster, PA.
